1. General Information
Robust Health Oy (Business ID 3355976-7) operates under the trade names Robust HIIT&Barre and Robust Reformer Studios. These terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by Robust Health Oy.
By making a purchase or booking, the customer accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them.
2. Rights, Responsibilities and Obligations
Robust Health Oy
Robust Health Oy reserves the right to make changes to the group class schedule, its content, and the studio’s opening hours.
Robust Health Oy may suspend the provision of services without obligation to compensate the customer due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control that prevent the delivery of services.
Robust Health Oy may temporarily restrict access to the facilities for necessary maintenance, repair, or similar operational reasons.
Robust Health Oy may change service prices by notifying customers at least one (1) month prior to the change taking effect. Prices will not be altered during an ongoing membership period.
Robust Health Oy is responsible for maintaining all facilities, equipment, and apparatus to ensure safe and high-quality operations.
Robust Health Oy is responsible for instructing customers on studio etiquette, safe and appropriate equipment use, and general conduct to ensure comfort and safety for all.
Customer
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their health and physical condition allow for safe participation in exercise.
All training and participation take place at the customer’s own risk.
The customer must contribute to the cleanliness and comfort of the studio by following appropriate behavior and respecting all guidelines regarding the use of equipment and facilities.
In cases of disturbance or safety concerns, the customer must immediately report the situation to the staff.
The customer is obliged to make all agreed payments on time and adhere to the fixed-term nature of the membership.
The customer is responsible for any outstanding payment agreements if an employer-provided exercise benefit changes or ends.

🇬🇧 3. Group Class Cancellation Policy
A booked group exercise class may be cancelled free of charge no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made after this time will be considered “late cancels”, in which case Robust Health Oy reserves the right to charge the full price of the booked class.
Unexpected illness or other urgent situations will be handled separately. In such cases, the customer must immediately inform the studio.
4. Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, the customer may register for the waitlist.
If a participant cancels their reservation at least two (2) hours prior to the class start time, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically moved into the class and notified by email.
Automatic transfers from the waitlist close 1.5 hours before the class begins; after this point, no automatic transfers will occur. Customers on the waitlist are encouraged to actively monitor their email notifications.
A waitlist reservation can be cancelled at any time.
5. Weekly Memberships – General Terms and Conditions
- The membership begins immediately, and the first week is charged at the time of purchase.
- The minimum term of the agreement is twelve (12) weeks, after which the membership renews automatically unless cancelled no later than two (2) days before renewal.
- Payments are charged automatically on a weekly basis from the customer’s credit card. Accepted employee benefit payment methods may also be used. All prices include applicable VAT.
- Membership credits are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
- If the customer is unable to attend (e.g., due to illness or travel), unused credits may be carried over upon notification to Robust Health Oy.
Credit Validity Periods:
- Sweat with Us Once a Week / One Alignment: 1 week (+1 week upon request)
- Let’s You Come Twice / Double Control: 1 week (+2 weeks upon request)
- Third Time’s a Charm / Triple Flow: 1 week (+2 weeks upon request)
- Burn & Align Combination Memberships: 1 week (+2 weeks upon request)
- Premier Burn & Align Combination Memberships: 1 week (+3 weeks upon request)
By purchasing a product, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following:
- Rights, responsibilities, and obligations of Robust Studios
- Cancellation and membership terms
- Refund policy
- Privacy and data protection practices
6. Refund Policy
If a paid group class or service is cancelled by Robust Health Oy, the corresponding credit will be reinstated to the customer’s account for future use.
7. Events and Collaborations
For events organized by Robust Studios in cooperation with external partners, Robust Health Oy is responsible for the group class component, while each partner is responsible for their respective products or services.
Events held at Robust Studios’ premises but organized by external parties are entirely the responsibility of the event organizer.
